My Approach
Clear Mind CBT takes an integrative approach to therapy, combining Psychotherapy, High Intensity (HI) Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based therapies to help clients achieve their goals. With 15 years of experience in psychological therapy services, including working as a Clinical Lead and Senior CBT Therapist in the NHS, I offer evidence-based treatments tailored to each individual's unique needs.

With an understanding that seeking therapy can be a difficult decision, I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment for my clients to explore their thoughts and feelings. My approach has a focus on helping clients develop practical skills and strategies to manage their difficulties and improve their quality of life.
